Twill weaving is characterised by the presence of oblique ribs, caused by the displacement of the bindings by the value of one thread at each weft stroke. This technique allows for the creation of patterns, and is the origin of iconic fabrics such as tweed, gabardine, denim…

By using different settings on the loom, twill tape can have herringbone, diagonal, houndstooth, diamond, crosshatch, etc. The range of patterns is very wide, allowing for a wide range of customisation.

From our weaving workshop, we can create custom-made twill tape with the pattern and colours of your choice. Many materials are available to make a ribbon adapted to your project, whether it is for packaging, clothing or a more technical use.

In an eco-responsible approach, we offer you materials such as organic cotton, ecojean, recycled polyester… in addition to the classic materials (cotton, linen, polyester, polyamide…).
