Polyester elastic braids are widely used in the clothing, packaging, hobby and medical industries. Light, strong, UV resistant and waterproof, they are used as backpack straps, clothing hems, bag handles, health mask elastics, lingerie elastics…
We have a wide range of colours to design and manufacture in our workshop in France elastic braids with a customised design and different widths, from 5 to 10 mm. The use of different braiding techniques allows us to offer you customised flat braids for all types of use.
For advanced customisation, we offer the creation of printed elastic braid, by thermal sublimation, a technique that guarantees good resistance to wear and tear and washing.
To better protect the environment, we offer a complete range of recycled polyester for the creation of your elastic braids.
On request, we can install plastic loops and end caps by overmoulding, using the company Atiplast, also a member of the Gauthier Group.
