Polyester elastic cord
Polyester is a light and resistant material that allows us to create an elastic and technical cord that is well suited to leisure, sportswear, outdoor activities and the health and safety field (mask elastics).
The wide range of colours of polyester allows us to manufacture in our French workshop an infinite number of elastic cords, matt or shiny, plain or multicoloured, from 1.2 mm to 3 mm in diameter.
For an eco-responsible approach, we also provide you with recycled polyester for the composition of your round elastic cords.
We create customised designs using different braiding techniques, so as to obtain a unique product, in line with your brand and your objective, whether it is for textile manufacture or decoration.
We offer the installation of tilting or hooking ends by overmoulding, in collaboration with the company Atiplast, also a member of the Gauthier Group.
Our team is at your disposal to inform you about the different possibilities of manufacturing elastic cords, from 200 meters (by reference and by colour).
