Cotton cord
In our workshop in France, we manufacture a wide range of braided cotton cords and ropes, from 1 mm to 15 mm in diameter, in many colours from 200 metres (by reference and by colour).
Several colours can be combined in the same cotton cord, to create a custom product, in phase with your textile project. We also offer the use of GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton, for a more environmentally friendly approach.
Braided cotton cords, halyards, strings and ropes are used in decoration, furniture (stuffing cords), clothing, creation of fashion accessories… We use several ranges of cotton, depending on the final product: machine washable at 60° or 95°, air and light resistant, chlorine resistant…
We also offer the creation of custom waxed cotton cord for the creation of fashion accessories.
In addition to manufacturing of coloured cords, we offer the installation of plastic end caps by overmolding, a service provided by Atiplast, also a member of the Gauthier Group, which will enable us to obtain a ready-to-use cord for packaging or clothing projects.
